4. For this question, you are presented with four different diets. Please rank your preference for each diet from
1 (highest preference) to 4 (lowest preference).
Diet 1 -- Rank:
Vegetables are great! Even if you are not a vegetarian or vegan, you definitely prefer this kind of food. Tofu and
soy milk are always better than beef and a glass of milk. If there is any kind of meat you like it is probably fish. However fruits,
vegetables, beans, grains and legumes are your favorite foods. An extra rare t-bone is the last thing you would ever eat.
Diet 2 -- Rank:
You are a balanced eater. When you eat meat, you prefer a nice steak or hamburger over chicken. You
enjoy food from various groups. Dairy products, grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits are all components of your diet.
Diet 3 -- Rank:
You have a mixed and varied diet. Meat is good. Seafood is good. Vegetables and fruits are also great. You
eat most foods (legumes, grains, beans, tofu and dairy) in equal amounts. There are not a lot of kinds of foods you hate and others that
you must have all the time. You don't want to be a vegan but eating a steak three times a day wouldn't cut it either. A perfect meal is
one that has a mix of foods from all kinds of food groups.
Diet 4 -- Rank:
You are a real meat eater. Red meat, chicken or pork is an essential part of any good meal. You like fish as
well and while fruit and vegetables are an important part of your diet, you stay away from all that strictly vegetarian food. For example,
tomatoes, onions and lettuce are fine, as long as they are all on a burger. You really don't like grains, beans and legumes.
5. Describe your "ultimate" meal below.
