Geologic wall map collection
The geologic wall maps are housed in the Field Equipment Room in the basement of Mudd Hall (room #B-60) and in the West Lab (room #68). They are here to be used, but they tend to be big so they are somewhat awkward to handle and are easily creased and torn. Please be careful handling them. See Tim Vick or a geology faculty member for access to the maps in the basement equipment room.
To reduce the scrolling needed to find what you want, the list has been split in two:
There are other maps of the world and wall posters and pictures in the Introductory Lab (Mudd room 66).
Gould Library map collections
Topographic quadrangles and many state geologic maps are housed in the Gould Library collection on the 2nd level:

The following "thematic" (various flavors of geologic) maps from the US Geological Survey are housed on the library's 2nd level and are indexed in GeoRef, which you can get to from the Geology Department's home page:
- Geologic Quadrangles
- Miscellaneous Investigations
